For us in Castiglione Falletto, the Rocche cru is the most important single-vineyard mention in the commune — one that has consistently yielded harmonious, deeply elegant wines with exceptional ageing potential. The Rocche hillside faces south-east on its steeper side and south-west on its gentler slope. It is from this latter part that our grapes come, from vines over 40 years old, where structure and finesse find their finest balance.
